1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Heybina mobile application ("App"), you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

Wings of Understanding Ltd. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. User Obligations

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the App.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Wings of Understanding Ltd. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5. User-Generated Content

If the App allows you to submit content:

  • You retain ownership of your content but grant Wings of Understanding Ltd. a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your content in connection with the App.
  • You represent that you have the rights to submit the content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

6. Termination

Wings of Understanding Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at its sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that it believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the App, Wings of Understanding Ltd., or third parties, or for any other reason.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Wings of Understanding Ltd. makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App's operation or the information, content, or materials included therein. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, Wings of Understanding Ltd. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wings of Understanding Ltd. shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

Wings of Understanding Ltd. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
